Drive It ! = LP = (LP)
Lincoln St. Exit were New Mexico's lead garage/psych band of the late 60's/early 70's, one of the few Indian Native American group. "Drive It" was their first full length LP. Ranging from the psych-heavy blues ridden "Dirty Mother Blues" to the easy going "Soulful Drifter", in between there are songs reflecting the times, the Vietnam era vibe hanging over the US. Guitarists Mike Martin & R.C. Gariss are backed up by the rhythm section of Mac Suazo (bass) & Lee Herres (drums). This band opened for many a headliner coming through the Southwest, and provided great performances throughout. Oustanding!
