Founded in 1975, Talking Heads created some of the most adventurous, original and danceable music that New Wave has produced. Combining elements of punk rock, pop, funk, art rock, avant-garde and world music, the band created an individual, distinctive sound that made them one of the most critically acclaimed bands of the 1980s. 1978 saw the release of "More Songs About Buildings and Food", Talking Heads' second studio album and the first of three consecutive albums co-produced by Brian Eno. In 2003 it was included in Rolling Stone magazine's list of the best albums of all time. The photo mosaic front cover of the album consists of 529 Polaroid close-ups of the band, created by artist Jimmy De Sana.
