Fans of Chris Cornell and Soundgarden were stunned by the recent news of the frontman's tragic and premature death at just 52 years old, with the respect and love Chris had attracted from all quarters illustrated by the enormous and eclectic array of mourners at his funeral. Thankfully, what remains is a body of work which remains as potent, energising and eminently listenable today as it did on the day it was made. This collection of live broadcasts by Chris and Soundgarden, recorded during the finest era of their time together, serves as both a lasting tribute to a great man and a welcome reminder of just what a powerful act this unique collective always were throughout their tenure.
