lot has changed for Blessed By A Broken Heart in the four years since their last CD. The Canadian band has a new vocalist, Tony Gambino along with a new record label and a new sound. Pedal To The Metal may have spawned a new genre: haircore. Blessed By A Broken Heart takes the cheesiness and over the top antics of '80s hair metal and combines it with elements of metalcore. That may sound like a horrible combination, but they somehow make it work.
