With Oden On Our Side = LP = (LP)
This album represents an excellent mix of the slightly trashier and looser sound of old Amon Amarth (eg Versus the World) and the somewhat overly glossy music on the band's most recent offering, Twilight of the Thundergod. I am not sure if this balance reflects a particular production style or subtle variances in songwriting/musicianship, though I suspects a combination of these two elements create a particularly attractive aural package for my own ears.
