Neaera's fourth full-length outing, OMNICIDE - CREATION UNLEASHED, is the band's most focused and brutal release to date. Based in Münster, Germany, the quintet has been heavily influenced by old school Swedish death metal bands like Fleshcrawl, Unleashed, and Grave, while injecting a modern metalcore attitude into the template. OMNICIDE is ten tracks of bitter, adrenaline-fueled, ferocious metal designed for the mosh pit. Produced by Alexander Dietz (Heaven Shall Burn, Mercenary), the album is also notable for its concentration on melody, proving that Neaera is much more than a band of angry young metalheads.
