Siddhartha (CD)
JESETER was born in the year 2005 with a great enthusiasm for art-rock music. The Czech musicians cut their teeth with covers such as YES' "Close To The Edge", before deciding to play their own music. Their originality mostly comes from the use of their mother tongue, but not only. Musically speaking, the twelve original compositions also drift away from the usual anglo-saxon approach of the genre, accoasting shores less travelled. After two acclaimed albums, "Slavnost Pro Jednoho" (2007) and "Transformation" (2012), JESETER signs with the Musea Parallèle label, for the publication of its third rendition, named "Siddhartha" (2016). Based on the famous novel by Hermann HESSE, this ambitious rock-opera features great musicianship and an extended instrumentation. The perfect occasion to discover something fresh and different on the present Progressive rock scene !
