"Game Over!" - that's what rock icon Udo Dirkschneider (original voice of cult band Accept) proclaims on his new U.D.O. album, due for release in the fall. The statement behind it has many different meanings. But one thing is immediately clear: U.D.O. do not do things by halves and give everything they have. Playing hundreds of shows around the world, sometimes in the remotest parts of Russia and South America, the band has become a unit and a conglomerate of passionate musicians and friends. Each of them knows exactly when and how to play their instrument to fit perfectly into the band's sound.
Songs like "Metal Never Dies", "Kids And Guns" or "Prophecy" are precise, powerful, catchy and bursting with energy. And above all, they are: timeless. All songs on this record have an unmistakable character that is just as convincing today as it will be tomorrow.
