It goes without saying that the band's namesakes are the highlights of Invisible Force. Vocalist Johnny Bomma, formerly of Hades, has a strong voice with extraordinary control. Guitarist Rivera runs the gamut from power chord frenzies to super-restrained acoustic guitar. Joining Bomma and Rivera are 'hired guns' whom play the support roles with studious accompaniment throughout, providing the backing touches that all keyboardists, bassists, and drummers can ever expect to achieve. The band's positive messages are a welcome event in a world drowning in negativism. Fans of Dio, Stryper, and Deep Purple will all find something to like in Invisible Force.
