This set is severely flawed, especially if you're into garage punk '65/'66 style which you may be expecting judging by a cursory glance at the thing. A lot of the tracks here are what I would describe as heavy blues late '60s style.... going into prog and pre-heavy metal. Rather than the Rolling Stones, the Yardbirds, the Kinks or even the Beatles being the main influences here - I would say it's Cream, Iron Butterfly and Blue Cheer that are being copied on this 5 cd set.
