Another album introduced to me by my strange hippie bogan mate Slim, leading me to this obscure corner of rym I probably never would have discovered for myself, an esoteric byway of progressive jazz rock. Initially excited, after bringing home my own copy I began to doubt what I'd done. But one must of course persevere, especially when tackling a new genre or challenging style, and on about the sixth or seventh listen the clean, arguably cold, clinical jazz style just clicked for me.
