Xes Haereticum (CD)
For most underground black metallovers Enthroned is a familiar name. This Belgian band is known as the Marduk of the Benelux. Although the comparison is understandable it's not entirely adequate. 'Xes Haereticum' is their latest opus and turned out quite decent. They haven't change their style much. It's still straightforward black metal the brutal and rather simple way. Sometimes they take it a bit slower which gives the music more variation. And even some clean vocals are to be found! But most of the time it's blastbeats, double bass drums and screaming vocals throughout the music.
