Exactly like Foreigner, just better material. Much as I try to convince myself that I really don't hate Foreigner, I think I actually do. Their overtly commercial material and that distinctive voice just turn me off the instant I hear them come on the radio (for the xxxxth time). And as soon as I heard that voice again here, I rolled my eyes and said, "oh, well", assuming this would be another one of those rare instances where I actually consider getting rid of a record. However, it didn't take long to discover that this band is substantially different.
