The Dark Sides is a 6-song compilation EP featuring 6 early King Diamond tracks from various sources. "Halloween" comes from his solo debut, Fatal Portrait. "Them" comes from his third album, "Them". "No Presents For Christmas" and "Shrine" were both b-sides, while "The Lake" and "Phone Call" were basically studio outtakes that later showed up as bonus tracks on the CD issues of Fatal Portrait and "Them", respectively.
