Zipper Catches Skin sees Alice Cooper somewhat returning to his harder rock side, although some of his new wave experimenting follows him here, largely with the excellent "I Am the Future". Written by Lalo Schifrin and used as the theme for one of my favorite low-budget exploitation films, Class of 1984, it makes it obvious that with the right guidance both Flush the Fashion and Special Forces could have been better albums.
