"10 Songs" is the pragmatic title of the new Travis album.
The Scottish alternative rockers' ninth long-player comes in 2020, four years after "Everything At Once", which made it to number five in the UK charts.
The band themselves call "10 Songs" a grown-up album. It is about life and love and how one depends on the other.
Travis already revealed exactly what this sounds like with the first single "A Ghost", for which singer Fran Healy drew a video himself, together with his son.
10 Songs" was recorded at RAK Studios in London. Healy and Robin Baynton (Coldplay, Florence & The Machine) were responsible as co-producers.
There are guest contributions on the album from Jason Lytle from Grandaddy, Greg Leisz and Susanna Hoffs from The Bangles.
