Reissue of Child's EP "I". "If you know CHILD and are particularly fond of the keyboard, I'm afraid I have some bad news: it's mostly gone. But fear not, their fuzz-tinged blues is alive and kicking and will surely continue to appeal to many fans of different genres. The three songs follow with increasing length, starting with "Age Has Left Me Behind", which lasts 03:47, and ending with "Going Down Swinging", a 10:20 jam that definitely raises the temperature and is sure to be talked about for a long time to come. In between you'll find "The Other Song", which isn't just another song, but a terrific cover of Spirit's "The Other Song", originally released as part of the 1975 album "Son of Spirit". A great tune started by just Michael (drums) and Danny (bass), joined by Mathias and his guitar after about 20 seconds, and later with a beautiful vocal melody running through the whole song - the less fuzzy song of the EP, but definitely a pure beauty (just like the original).
