To commemorate the lives of original Jethro Tull bassist Glenn Cornick and vocalist Gary Pickford-Hopkins, both recently deceased, here's a very rare and previously unheard live set recorded in March 1973 at The Townhouse, Wellington by Glenn's post Tull outfit, the widely respected Wild Turkey. The CD features eight songs including the rarely heard 'If You See Kay' alongside favourites s.a. 'Butterfly', 'Good Old Days' and 'Tomorrow's Friend', plus a storming two-part finale of 'Traffic Island Jam' followed by a blistering version of 'Johnny B. Goode' for an encore. A fitting tribute to one of the best bands of the early '70s!
