Wilkinson Tri-Cycle (CD)
Even if this band has been compared to Banchee, Yesterday's Children (they had the same producers) and Sir Lord Baltimore and also considered as one of the very first heavy psych bands from the east coast, this is actually far more closer in style to other "bosstown sound" bands from the era like Ill Wind, Ultimate Spinach, Earth Opera and The Freeborne, but with a far more "depressive" vibe, also, it's interesting that this record shares both the sophisticated and whimsical boston style psychedelic/acid rock and the later tendency of the boston bands to turn into blues-based bands (As it has been reported that bands like Ill Wind and The Freeborne, became blues bands between 1969 and 1970).
