BRAM STOKER
Heavy Rock Spectacular = Digipack = (CD)
Digipack version! Mysterious UK band which pressed their first album in 1972. The name evokes macabre Gothic atmospheres and so does their music. In the early 70s, bands like Black Widow, Atomic Rooster and Black Sabbath ruled the waves and BRAM STOKER had everything to hit the lights except a bit of luck. So the band soon faded into obscurity. Their amazing "Heavy rock spectacular" however is a true pearl of original prog, dominated by evocative tones of the Hammond organ. There are sidesteps like a heavy jazz weight instrumental and psychedelia, all with sounds that seem to come straight from the abyss.
