Reissue of this American band's debut double LP. Drivingly progressive West Coast styled jazz-tinged rock is what this band play best, and no where better than on this album's opener, the organ-led progressive pop nugget "GYPSY Queen". This band feel as if they should have been huge and this reissue is a great insight into a band dealt an unfair lot by the distracted 1970s audience. Gypsy were making great, commercially viable rock music... while no one was looking or listening.
